Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to thankyou for the kind and caring treatment which you provided for me at Darenth Valley Hospital in Dartford...i was in for a couple of nights last week and it was my first experience of being in hospital i was quite scared and nervous but all your staff made me feel totally comfortable right down from the Doctor's to the lady who brought the tea around....in a time of great pain i was treated with much care...so i would hope you could pass my comments on to the staff of Cherry Ward and my Doctor's from Urology for their support whilst i was staying with you. i would not feel scared if i ever have to stay again your staff were all very well trained and they all did a 100% job at making me feel welcome and coming to my aid when i needed anything.
