"Appointment system not working"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

I came to A and E after snapping my Achilles' tendon, Sunday 13th March. 2016 After three hours I saw a nurse.

The nurse sent me for an X-ray and they sent me to the plaster room to have it set.

I was sent home and told I would receive a letter within seven days. It is now the 22nd of March 2016 and no letter.

Luckily I rang myself on the 21st of March to the fracture clinic who told me my appointment was at 8 30am on the 23rd of March 2016

I am not the only one complaining of the appointment system or lack of.
