"Appointments"

About: King George Hospital

Don't know who is trying to fob off patient, the ward or PALS.

Was told by PALs that the department could not give an appointment three months in advance in case the consultant was not available, yet PALS knew from email that appointment was with nurse in clinic and not consultant.

The nurses last year managed to use the diary in the treatment room three times to give the date for the next appointment so why can't they do it this year? Have had two appointments this year and both times the nurse couldn't manage to do the follow-on appointment.

So the clinic is deteriorating in its dealing with patients.

Seriously unimpressed.
