Dear Peter,

We are really sorry to hear about your wife’s condition and that no follow up appointments have been made. Your experience does not reflect the high level of care we expect our patients to receive. We would like to look into your wife’s case to ensure the necessary treatment is provided. If your wife is happy for us to do so, please can you send her details (name, address, date of birth and hospital number) to me - Charlotte.Langford@uhl-tr.nhs.uk and I will investigate.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comment. Your feedback is important to us and will help us to improve our service for future patients.

Kind regards,

Charlotte Langford
