"Excellent service"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) St John's Hospital / General Medicine

(as a relative),

Contacted re relative. Call handler was excellent very sympathetic but very efficient. Took information & put through to Catriona (I think ) was a worrying time but again very helpful/kind and excellent assessment of situation. Doctor home visit arranged and subsequent hospital admission arranged for investigations. Blood transfusions started today Thank you.

NHS 24 welcomes feedback on the service provided to patients and callers who are required to use our service.
