"Outstanding care: compassionate & professional"

On Saturday evening my son went to A&E, which ended up as an emergency operation in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The professionalism, courtesy and care of the staff was outstanding - they were a credit to the profession.

We were in Emergency, Surgery and the Children’s ward and every one of them was very good.

I think I spoke with five nurses, two porters, six Doctors and a cleaner all of whom were kind, helpful, polite and thoroughly impressive.
