"Booking antenatal classes"

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital

i have just called queen charlotte to book an appointment for a birth preparation class. The member of staff on the phone was extremely unpleasant, speaking really loud and not allowing me to talk. At the end they gave me the date of my booking slot, and when I was writing the address, they did not allowed me to finish talking. Once they finished reading the address to me they said bye and hung up the phone. I didn't find them polite at all. The member of staff was just rushing into the conversation rather than explaining thing properly. I am expecting my first child and there is some information that you don't necessarily know so, it would be nice if someone could calmly take you through all the information. I not impressed by the service.
