My 18 year old daughter was referred to this service. Her appointment was brought forward when she was in crisis. She was treated with dignity and kindness by the psychiatrist who assessed her, and was at no time made feel uncomfortable, judged, or pressured. Appropriate treatment referrals were made. She was consulted on this.
As a parent I have been treated with understanding, and I feel confident that my daughter is being treated by a really efficient service.
