"Terrible receptionists"

We visited to walk in center with our 10 months old baby who was vomiting and had diarrhoea from past 5 days . But the receptionist didn't give us an appointment to see a doctor . They said you give baby fruit juice and other mild food . And they said whatever I'm giving info that's what even inside doctors are going to tell you so we won't give appointment. And I clearly heard they were telling to receptionist who asked' is that not diarrhoea , they told no they are just creating it' . I felt really bad for there behaviour ,I am a mom of a baby , I can't lie about my babies health . After coming home he again vomited and made a messy nappy . I called 111 they were really helpful. asked us to come to kings george hospital. Kings george hospital is really excellent.
