"Extremely dissappointing. Bully Doctor"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Visited the resus area of A&E during the early hours of 21st March. Was extremely disappointed in the level of care received. The "doctor in charge" was extremely rude, lacked empathy. Was left for a unreasonable time before being assessed. Felt like pain was being inflicted deliberately during two attempts at inserting IV access. Wasn't given the appropriate treatment. Really disappointed, will make my best effort not to attend this hospital again and travel to another hospital.
