i had to bring my daughter into the children's ward last week for a small operation. The staff were extremely kind and explained everything to myself and my daughter. They listened to her worries and put her at ease. One nurse in particular was amazing and I wanted to say a huge thank you to the nurse for making all our concerns go away and for their excellent care of my daughter.

Thank you for taking the time to write and thank the staff who looked after your daughter. Here at Royal Surrey we strive to provide the best care anywhere and I am pleased that you felt she was well looked after. Coming into hospital for an operation, however small, can be a very daunting experience for a child, so I am glad the team were able to allivate her fears. I will ensure that your message is passed onto Hascombe Ward and I know they will be delighted to receive it.
