the hospital itself is okay and clean

What could be improved

i was admitted in the maternity labour ward to have my baby.the midwife left me alone by the time she returned the baby was almost out.i was the one that partly removed my clothes with one of my legs still in my jean,thats how i had my son.she left me again for 25minutes alone before she came back to stitch the tear i had during delivery which was absent from my discharge/postnatal notes.right now am at home recovering am looking into my legal options too.i hope to take this up make a formal complaint or hopefully be contacted soon.

the staff themselves is what i think should be improved on,they should follow their code of ethics and do their work with responsibility.

i am resting and recovering now and will take this matter up soonest.i believe the midwife involved should face disciplinary action cause her incompetence could have cost me and my baby dearly.
