"My A and E experience"

I injured my finger that wouldn't stop bleeding and attended A&E at Grantham. The staff are excellent but the environment of a&e is a bit of a shock with not much seating in the waiting area, most broken. And the treatment rooms are ill equipped i feel. With the desk that I sat at being old and unhygienic. I understand that people are responsible for the damage but sometimes leaving areas like this isn't condusive to people caring about the way they behave.
