Very good – I liked the feeling web at the start and end as it shared how far I had come.

All medications were good but I was challenged by Robin and felt pinned for 5 mins while he forced me to search myself for my rescuing tendencies.

I now catch myself every time I do this. It has helped me to interact and stop being a people pleaser
