(as a service user),

Almost 1 year ago I nearly full completed a subutex detox. However when my medication was as low as 0. 4ml daily, the service has messed with my appointments and no signed my script which I felt left me with no other choice, but to go back and use.

More doctors, scripts checked and signed, same key worker

Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you do not feel your needs were met when engaging in STARS and returned to illicit drug use. Clinical safety is a top priority for us. We have a prescriber in Bucks everyday, so I am unsure why your prescription would not be replaced and we have a procedure in place for lost prescriptions. If you want me to investigate your case please get in touch.

Remember we have lots to offer daily at STARS to support your recovery journey. Please speak to your keyworker about these and also booking you in for medical review to discuss prescription management.
