What I liked

Nothing as yet, although we think our grandma s operation had no complications.

What could be improved

My Grandma is 90 and is in NMGH and we only hope her gaurdian angel is with her, as we are also experiencing a dreadful lack of care. When we visit she is allways agitated due to feeling she is a burden to the staff! she has now had a mild heart attack which has put her on coronory ward and she is very happy with the care on that unit but we are very worried as she will have to go back to her origanal ward. I have never complained before and i am shocked to firstly read similar stories and to know this experience is the norm! we hope our grandma will pull through and we can get her out of this careless zone.

Anything else?

Extremely worried about this member of our family and hope we can get her out of hospital as soon as we can, so we can care for her in the appropriate way
