What could be improved
The Day room in Ward 17 where I was left for 1.5 hours smelt of urine.
The reception staff were taking private calls, ignoring patients.
I was lied to by a junior doctor and put in alot of pain unneccessarily
Anything else?
I hope I never have to come back to Preston Royal
