"Awful"

After landing off our holidays and being over an hour from our home,my wife who had been in excruciating pain throughout out 4 hour flight, decided we needed to see someone over her burnt lip,we filled a patient form out and was looked at with shock as we were miles from home,with the suggestion off a drive back to our local NHS? Thought this was a national thing ? After 2 hours off waiting there a glazed eyed triage nurse who clearly do not want to be there stood back at my wife's lips and said you look in pain .My wife described the pain was shooting through her teeth and her bottom lip was numb,but nevertheless the trained nurse said it's not infected by the glance of an eye! Then even better said go home rub Vaseline on the lips and this should numb the pain! After trusting this information from the nurse my wife did which resulted in something far worse on her lip and twice as bad, so googled this Vaseline application and this was described as an old wife's tale remedy? And the nurse gets paid for this information ? Rather drive 10 hours for a remedy than go to this place again
