"Hearing test"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

I attended for a hearing test at Chorley hospital on Monday March 14th at 3,45 p.m.. I am low vision and very deaf and 84 years old. At the time I had a very sore ear.. I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival and was treated with kindness and empathy. My hearing aid was adjusted to take care of the soreness and the staff member was competent and caring.

I left the hospital with the nice feeling that I had been very well cared for and would like to say a big thank you.
