"Saw paediatrician for my son"

We were late due to going to the wrong hospital (just moved into the area) but staff were understanding.

The paediatrician was fantastic, spent ages finding out information, including my young son in discussions, making sure he was occupied so he wasn't able to listen into the conversation between the two of us, and the explained all the referrals they were doing, and advising me of how long each would take and explaining what I could do in the meantime.

I have previously spent 3 years dealing with paediatricians with my son, and this one appointment achieved more than all the others put together.

Very impressed and so glad he will be under the care of this doctor in future.
