I attended this clinic today (Friday) on behalf of a relative,with an hearing aid that was not working.The appointment was made on Monday by a more than helpful receptionist, who was able to answer all of my queries at the time. I arrived about 15 mins before my appointment time and was seen within 5 mins of arriving. The hearing technician was friendly and easy to talk to and quickly identified that the hearing aid was indeed defunct and checked the other one too, finding it was also not functioning correctly. New hearing aids were issued and calibrated for my relative. This experience meant that my relative did not have to attend, and saved them a lot of time and was a major benefit for them. I found the whole experience very swift, efficient and caring, as the staff showed an understanding towards my relative's difficulties. Well done!
