"Perfect waste of time"

My kid is sick and after taking the pills doctors there prescribed was still same and in pain.

I got there again at 8:30 in morning to make an appointment, that was set for the next slot open, 11am.

At 10:45 was there and on the front computer was a paper with "Out of order" sign.

Was thinking is ok, i have an appointment and them know we are there, so we wait... more than one hour later we still sitting and waiting.

Got to reception and asked how much more we have to wait, the answer was incredible, the person tell me because the front computer is broken we was supposed to come to the desk after queuing again and tell them we are really there, and asked me if i wish to book other appointment.

Such waste of time and tax money.

I will just go to hospital emergency and get this solved, and find a way to change the GP and surgery.
