"An MRI visit"

About: Wycombe Hospital / Neurology

(as the patient),

I am certainly not alone in thinking Wycombe Hospital to be among the most depressing buildings in the UK.

Yesterday I attended the hospital to have an MRI scan. I arrived on time and was dealt with almost immediately by a very attentive and caring nurse. I can understand why the process may be intimidating for some people but the staff certainly aren't.

I found the whole experience to be excellent and I was treated with courtesy, respect and humour.

Well done (but I still hate the hospital).

Dear Everton

Thank you for taking the time to post comments of your recent experience attending Wycombe Hospital for an MRI scan.

It is pleasing to know that you were seen in good time, and that you felt you were provided with good care, treated with courtesy, respect and humour and found the whole experience to be excellent.

It is really rewarding for staff to receive such feedback and I will pass your compliment to the Radiology team at Wycombe Hospital, for recognition and encouragement to continue to deliver an excellent service.
