What I liked

Although this is an old hospital the treatment given was second to none. The nursing staff in B1 were very caring and friendly. I have had to have appointments every week for nearly eighteen months and to be honest this hospital saved my life. Although I have a life threatening illness the treatment from this hospital has almost certainly kept me alive and I will always be grateful to St Helier for this. I live in Sussex and although I had to travel to the hospital sometimes three times a week I would never have considered going to any other hospital for my treatment. The consultants are wonderful, even the appointment booking staff are always so friendly and treated me with total respect and kindness. They always greet me by my first name which I find really makes me feel at ease. This hospital although old is a pioneer in cancer/renal/Myeloma treatment and all staff in these areas should take a large 'pat on the back'. As I have said St Helier saved my life and are still doing so. I still have appointments each month and would not consider going to any other hospital. Well done St Helier.

What could be improved

How can you improve on saving a life?? Even the swankiest hospitals will have people moaning, but when it comes down to the treatment given by St Helier there are certainly no complaints.
