"Parking!"

About: Barnet Hospital

Friday 18th March 2016 10am Today I attended Barnet hospital but due to the amount of people trying to park in the inadiquate parking area I eventually gave up and came home.

When I called the parking people to see if I would be charged for parking even though I had not found a parking spot I was told you have 15 minutes to drive in and out before you get charged. as I was trying to get parked for at least 45 minutes I had to pay for an hours parking without even getting out of my car or getting parked.

This is just another way of extorting money from you when you visit the hospital.

On top of this I missed my appoinment so I decided to phone the hospital and rebook it.

This also was impossible. The central booking line told me they didn't do the bookings for that clinic and gave me the number for the direct line. I have been calling it for the last 2hours but it just bleeps 3 times and cuts off.

This whole situation is unexceptable.
