"Congenitial heart opperation"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

I was referred to the ACHU January 2015 and had heart surgery on the 17/11/15 to correct a ASD + PAPVD+Tricupcid valve repair and amputation of left atrial appendage the care both medical plus personal care was second to none. I spent three days in intensive care ward and four days in acute cardiac ward the nursing staff were great they all seemed

to be very knowledgeable which gave you great confidence.Since my discharge i have had

a couple of problems not as it happens to do with the surgery but breathing/lung related,

I was admitted on both occasions they were very thorough in getting to the bottom of the problem all through this the consultant surgeon came to see me and see how I was getting

along which is very reassuring so i can only say thanks to all concerned.
