"Utterly disgusted"

Never ever again.

Thankfully the doctor who discharged me saw I was in completely the wrong place but even so, it was an eye opening experience.

Complete lack of compassion by any member of staff, filthy bathroom which stank of stale urine, no English mental health staff in the Psyche ward I was wrongly placed in for one night.

Distressing experience.

I am very sorry that you had a negative experience of our services and for any distress this may have caused you. We have contacted the Psychosis Service and asked them to look into your concerns and how they might be addressed and we will let you know the outcome of this.
