I was referred to minor injuries clinic when my medical practice could no longer deal with the treatment of my burn. The response was superb -regular redressing & monitoring by consultants who kept adapting treatment accordingly & ensuring I had appropriate drugs. I was even given them to take on holiday if I became concerned about the wound. When it worsened I was then quickly referred to a plastic surgeon who insisted on checking the treatment the following week. I really feel everyone 'pulled out the stops' to get my problematic burn healed - 10 weeks later it finally is !
