"Failed discharge"

About: Whiston Hospital

My mum was on ward 2c and let out on tuesday, she has had to be put back in Whiston as the ward 2c discharged my mum with no care plan and the problems she originally spent 2 weeks on 2c total failure.

The worst thing I personally witnessed was nurses just walking past rooms were the distress buzzer had been pressed and I heard one nurse say well there not my patient that sight really upset me as people are just being ignored.
