"wasted more than 4 hours on the phone to make an appointment..."

Been trying to contact Bradford center from 11: 00 till 14: 40 more than 11 calls once was on hold for 1hr 20 min another time 24 min no response.  contacted customer liaison office on 0303 003 4529 followed by 'Option 1' expecting they will be of any help but they say they can't contact the center I should keep on trying, and try at 16: 00 hrs while the center is closing 16: 30... the operator from customer liason office only can apologies not help even can't check why no one attends my call, with no intention to help I think the worst service ever.
