I got to the clinic and booked in for my diabetic eye test and was told by the receptionist to sit in the main waiting area.
was sat there for over a hour before going to ask when I would be seen as I had another appointment at my daughters school, only for the receptionist to say I should have been sat down at the bottom side where the eye testing was. I said but you told me to sit here. The receptionist didn't care, no apology, so went down to were I was supposed to be and the the member of staff doing the eye tests said I was the 4th person that had been done to. I don't feel the receptionist really wants to be there doing their job. so subsequently I missed an important meeting at school wasn't happy at all and if I knew how to make a formal complaint believe me I would be doing so.
And hope this feedback does get read
Thank you
