"Outpatient Care in the Gastro Department"

About: Hillingdon Hospital

The care provided by the staff on duty in the Gastro Clinic was so considerate and kind. I arrived extremely early to avoid rush hour traffic delays.

The nurse on duty in this clinic was very kind and concerned that I was so early.

They offered to make me a cup of tea and did their best with limited options to make me comfortable.

While I waited I noticed other staff passing by who were smiling and they greeted patients warmly and considerately.

The staff shift changed and the member of staff who came on duty approached me to ask my name and I was confident they knew I was waiting.

A couple of other patients arrived for this clinic and the same member of staff came over to each of us in turn to check our names off the list - no one asked us to queue up at the reception desk.

All the staff created a warm and considerate atmosphere, at all times in a professional manner.

Thank you very much to everyone.
