Went with my husband to Physio department & although it has signs up asking all staff & patients to use gell for hands only 2 members of staff & my husband used the gell, one of the two staff who used gell was the nurse who was dealing with my husband. Also while waiting I went down to the café to buy coffee & the man who was dealing with the food had disposable gloves on which is good but let himself down as took my money with the same gloves on, now we all know money is so dirty & full of germs & changes hands all the time, yes that's how people get so ill.
