About: University Hospital Wishaw / Maternity Care (Wards 21-24)

(as the patient),

I would just like to say that I could not be more grateful at how the midwives who were looking after me yesterday when I went in to Wishaw EPAS for my procedure were. These ladies helped me remember why I had my two previous children at this hospital. I would also like to say that the lovely theatre staff helped me feel so at ease and I could not be any more appreciative of this. I could not fault any of the ladies I seen yesterday and felt totally comfortable under their care. Such a fantastic experience in comparison to a previous one I recently experienced.

Thank you for contacting us to inform us how much you appreciated the care and support whilst in EPAS and I know it will take you some time to recover. Our staff will be humbled to know that you have taken the time to feed this back to us and I will also share with our colleagues who work in our Theatre suite.

We have a dedicated team of caring staff and it is very reassuring that you now have continued faith that we provide person centred, safe and effective care.
