What I liked

Every member of staff from Consultant to receptionist who I have had contact with at the hospital have been extremely professional, effecient and caring. The Dermatolgy teams communication has excelled my expectation. They not only work together but link to other hospitals in a most effective manner.

What could be improved

Car Parking is the only issue that I feel is a negative about this wonderful hospital. Hopefully this will improve once construction work is completed. In the short term ,could provision be improved at the main entrance to allow patients to be dropped off & collected without queuing with the cars trying to park.

Thank you for your comments regarding our Dermatology department which have been forwarded to the service leads responsible.

We are sorry that car parking is difficult at the moment and are aware of the problems you have highlighted. We are confident that this will be resolved once the whole of the car park is open for use following completion of some of the construction work.
