"Linwood Haywards Heath very unproffesional"

I felt worse for having had any contact with Linwood. Staff were unfriendly, they never called back when they said they would. Made to feel judged and felt like my opinions didnt matter. Felt like I was a statistic to them not an individual with individual needs. Unfriendly and condescending atmosphere created by some 'professional' staff. Felt uneasy there. Was not consulted about my own thoughts and feelings when i tried I to explain how i felt, they thought they knew it all from when they saw me last 2 years ago. Left more anxious and feeling more rubbish than when i arrived. I would not recommend to anyone. Very poor communication between the staff. I was never sure who was in charge of who. Bad atmosphere and I had no confidence, faith or trust in them.

I am also sorry that it has taken so long for anyone to answer your message on this website -it is not good enough and we are putting in place a new system to make sure that it does not happen again.
