"Staff are fantastic"

I visited last week for my consultation and had my procedure today. Although the whole situation was very upsetting for me and my partner I was made to feel so at ease and not judged the whole time by the extremely friendly and professional staff.

Having entered the consultation clinic, I was greeted With a smile and me and my partner were made to feel comfortable straight away. Everything was explained thoroughly and I understood every option available to me. We decided best for me would be a medical abortion as following my scan, I was only in the very early stages of pregnancy. The technician that did my scan and talked me through what would happen/what the medical abortion involved is an absolute credit to the clinic and so fantastic! I came back today to the same friendly treatment and I was again seen by this lovely person which I was very happy with. They explained exactly what to do with the tablets (1 orally 4 vaginally) and what to expect after. I was given a bag containing my discharge letter, antibiotics, pain relief and condoms. I was instructed on what to do and was sent home after around an hour which I was so pleased with as I just wanted to get home!

To all women worried about this whole procudure please don't be, as right from the start I was very well looked after. Yes it is extremely upsetting but you are made to feel so at ease and looked after by the fantastic staff at this clinic! Special thanks to the technician.
