Just wanted to say thank you for the care I received on Stour Ward yesterday. Following an afternoon procedure, I felt very unwell and had an unexpected overnight stay. All of the staff on the ward were extremely caring, friendly and helpful and I have nothing other than praise for the effort they make on a clearly very busy ward. This was my 3rd visit to the ward in the last 18 months and cannot fault the care I have received. Please pass on my thanks.
