"Visits to A&E department"

About: St Peter's Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I picked up a leaflet to complete for response to my visits to A&E. The leaflet or Card said the form could be completed at http: //ashford-stpeter. iwgc. net but on trying to obtain this site the computer immediately spurned the request saying that the site was unavailable. Perhaps someone could check this.

My response to question 1 is 'Extremely Likely. Question 2. I was received with care and was seen asap on my three visits to A&E. The triage was swift and the doctors immediately sent to a Scan. Scanning was very efficient and fortunately negative for a blood clot. There was a positive result for a blood clot from the Blood Test. The final consultation with Doctor Liam and the Registrar when the problem and the differing results for the Blood Clot for the Scan and The Blood Test were discussed and explained. The decision was to accept the Scan result rather then the Blood Test. My own Doctor- Dr Tiegh of the Chertsey Lane, Staines, Surgery- was concerned with the differing results and sent me for a second Scan which was also negative.
