"Good experience at Conquest"

About: Conquest Hospital

Thank you for the excellent care we received following the birth of our daughter. The staff were caring and listened to our concerns and requests.

Following a difficult birth the team was outstanding in their emergency response and followed us up with a scheduled debrief where we were able to speak with a consultant and senior midwife who explained thoroughly what happened. It was very reassuring.

We're sorry to hear it was a difficult birth, but pleased that staff kept you fully informed and listened to your concerns.

As a Trust we always aim to provide high quality care and this includes making sure that all patients are involved in decisions and fully understand their care plans.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and please be assured that your posting will be shared with the Head of Midwifery to share with staff.
