Receptionists are unfriendly and not happy to serve! I was told that the waiting time was an hour!

We were seen after 20MIn! It wasn't busy at all! Why they lie?

I am glad that I didnt walk away!

Waiting times can be variable and the times provide by our staff are an estimation. We are sorry that this was not made clear to you at the time.

We are sorry that they care you received on this occasion did not meet our usual high standards and we regret any distress caused as a result. Please be reassured that it was not the intention of the staff involved to cause you any upset.

Nevertheless, we would like to apologise for the impression you received.
