"Out patient's appointment"

I saw an locum on my consultant's clinic, very friendly, put me at ease. Following my CT scan it was advised that I needed nasel surgery, I was taken a back by this as I was just expecting to be discharged, I asked many questions, but was still very scared bout surgery, I decided I wanted to wait 4 months. I was advised that I would be seen on a different clinic.

In the meantime I have decided to have surgery but have been told I now have to wait 5 months before I see someone, so probably will not have surgery till next year now.

I am getting very nervous about the surgery but not much I can do now as I have made my decision and it cannot be changed
