I have just spent 4 days in walsall manor hospital, starting right from the ambulance arriving at my home to the day i was discharged i cannot even think of one single fault, the A&E staff were fantastic with reassurance of how you were, i was then moved to ward 4 again the care from nurses was first class very caring and their for your every need with how busy these people are thry were still their for your every need, i was then moved to ward 14 i want to thank the staff so so much o this ward from the day staff right round the clock to night staff, i just wished i could name everyone who was involved, but i do want to thank the head sisters of the ward and the staff nurse who never stopped but always had time for my needs also the nurses who again was fantastic, every single department was first class right from house keepers to catering, the bad experence was other patience who thought they could use the staff like they were in a hotel and thought they could speake and treat the staff horrible, i found this very hard to cope with at times but again these wonderful staff reassured me, i would like to send a very personal thank you for the fantastic care i go
