"Total knee replacement"

I recently underwent a total knee replacement under the team. From initial diagnosis through pre assessment, proceedure explanation by the SWATT representative, admission to the ward, which in my case was the Beauchamp Suite, through operation and subsequent care on the ward and ultimately my discharge to home. I was visited by the SWATT team at home twice and was then given 7sessions of physio therapy.

At all times I was treated with respect and consideration making the whole experience less stressful than it could otherwise have been.

The treatment I received by far exceeds that which friends of mine having similar procedures in different hospital trusts have experienced.
