I have been to physio before and am not happy with the physio giving me hard exercises that I am not going back there ever again.

Thank you for your feedback concerning the Physiotherapy staff, we will pass on your comment, they will be pleased to hear you considered them to be friendly. We are sorry that you found the exercises you were given to be hard, Physiotherapy aims to restore movement and function, which can be in the form of exercises to assist in the progression of recovery and these can be challenging. However it is difficult to comment on your individual case as we do not know what you were having treatment for.
