"Childrens' A&E - excellent"

My daughter and I attended A&E yesterday evening.

We were efficiently booked in by the receptionist and directed to the children's A&E.

We were soon seen by a friendly nurse who advised that we would be seen by a Doctor as soon as possible.

Thereafter, a nurse examined my daughter's swollen ankle and requested a wheelchair and an x-Ray.

The xray was expedited quickly.

The nurse reviewed the results and reassured us that there was no fracture and that the ligament had been overstretched.

They bandaged my daughters ankle and advised how to ensure the healing of the ligament.

I would just like to say thank you very much to all the Team for my daughter's excellent care.

We were in A&E for 2 1/2 hours which is brilliant considering she had an xray within that time frame and it was a busy Saturday night.
