I dreaded taking my elderly mother to the Clock Tower reception, as it had seemed chaotic when we last visited a different department in 2014.
It is now well-organised and the dermatology receptionist was extremely helpful and efficient.
In fact all of the dermatology team were very caring, helpful, efficient and skilled.
