"All the staff care so much"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Maternity Care (Wards 21-24)

(as the patient),

This is a thank you to all the staff at maternity ward. My labour went from great to complicated and me and my girl spend in hospital 10 days for various problems with both of us and with my girl in and out of neonatal unit. All the staff in hospital works very hard and cares so much. I don't remember names of all stuff as I am rubbish with namea, but want to say thanks to Katie, Fiona, Irene, Linda, Maggie, Elen, Heimich and to all the stuff in general as everyone was so great. Thank you.

Dear Zuzacek,

Thank you for posting this feedback, I will share your thanks throughout the maternity and neonatal unit. It sounds like you had a very difficult time during labour and in the postnatal period and it is reassuring that you felt all the staff, some mentioned individually, were very caring and supportive. You also mention Hamish, who is one of our aneathetists and I will pass your thanks to him as well as all the team.

Hope you are both well now and take care and enjoy your baby.

Regards

Wendy
