"My daughter has been under there ..."

What I liked

My daughter has been under there care for over 3 years now and I have always found nearly all the staff to be exceptional. The Renal team have done a lovely job in removing the blockage in my daughters tube in her kidney and she has now been discharged after many scans and mag 3 over the years to check on her progress. We are so grateful for our daughters good health, it was a scary thing to watch our daughter go thru an operation at only 6 mths old, but we received great care and a private room made it much easier on us. The A& E team are fantastic too (although they did forget us once) and the team helping to check for allergies.

What could be improved

Parking and location of the hospital (being near the courts with god knows what kinda people there) I don't like Parson house that much and hated the feel of it and where the renal ward is, I know improvements are being made there???

Anything else?

More nurses to help in A& E its a long wait sometimes, but when your in they are lovely, apart from the stuffy cubicles
