What I liked

Some staff we're friendly.

What could be improved

Parking - full car park, which was badly signed, meant stress before even getting into the hospital. computers we're down so ten people we're standing around behind reception doing nothing. All staff seemed rushed and quite stressed themselves.

Anything else?

The whole place and an aura of chaos. It was the worst hospital experience I've had both in the UK and in Europe.
